MELISSA CREEDE P.Eng., CPCC A graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and an experienced facilitator trained in Appreciative Inquiry and other methods,Melissa helps individuals and groups explore their possibilities, connect with their passions and discover their own wisdom.After earning her engineering degree, Melissa worked in the technical services sector for four years before joining The Delphi Group in 1997, where she began putting her passion for the environment into action. As a Vice President at The Delphi Group, she advised corporations, governments and institutions on climate change, clean energy and sustainability issues. In 2004, she was named to Eco-Canada’s Honour Roll as one of 10 recognized leaders in the environmental industry. Melissa now runs Sapis Insight to focus on: business and leadership coaching; facilitation and stakeholder engagement; and training and workshop development. Her work has taken her from corporate board rooms to non-electrified communities in rural Argentina — and everywhere in between.
