RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage stakeholders across the organization, leading key sustainability projects involving both internal and external stakeholders. Support the team in initiatives related to:

• Project management and workshop facilitation

• Business case development

• Carbon accounting and sustainability performance measurement

• Market and industry research

• Internal and external communications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Business, Sustainability or Environmental related program

• Minimum five to seven years related work experience

• Excellent relationship management skills; experience working with and managing teams in a matrix environment.

• Demonstrated PM competencies: planning, budget and timeline management, scope management, risk management, timely decision making, effective team building, ability to prioritize and delegate appropriately and deal with changing priorities

• Interest in/general knowledge of sustainability, climate change, environmental issues

• Exceptional analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work with extremely detailed information, attention to detail is a must.

• Comfortable with interacting with and coordinating the activities of multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Team player

• Focused on achieving departmental and project objectives

• Proficient user of standard desktop tools including SharePoint, MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Competent understanding of web search tools
